Please be aware that any cut or fire polished beads are likely to contain lead as part of the glass formula. Crystal rhinestones and Swarovski crystal products also contain lead. We strongly recommend that these items not be used in children’s jewelry. Any finished children’s jewelry retailed in the state of California, via store or internet sales, is prohibited by law from containing leaded components per Proposition 1681 effective September 01, 2007.

BB’S Beadworks has been serving the NJ community since 2006. We specialize in Beaded jewelry and Beaded crafts with a personal touch, and our staff offers quality products you can count on. In addition, our friendly and professional staff is available to answer any questions you may have about our jewelry or our services.

Whether you need a special piece for a special event or something to match that favorite everyday shirt, we have what you need at prices you can afford. All of our items are handmade. We prefer an organic approach to our designs by using semi-precious beads with a touch of crystal and sterling silver or gold filled beads for a little sparkle. That is not to say that we don’t also love glass! We love glass so much that we now create lampwork glass beads. Barbara has begun making unique, original handmade glass beads. We do not, at this time, use pewter or base metal beads. On occasion, for design purposes, we will use them for clasps although we prefer the look and shine of sterling silver. We do use gold filled accents to keep costs reasonable and they wear beautifully. We welcome custom orders and encourage you to contact us and ask questions about any piece, or pieces, that catch your eye. We generally make only one or two of each item although we can often accommodate additional orders of the same or similar pieces. We like to string but also enjoy working with seed beads in various patterns from time to time. At BB’S Beadworks, our goal is to provide you with courteous, expedient, professional service of the highest caliber.

Please note that while we keep a healthy inventory of products for sale, we generally only have one of each item. Since most of our sales are in person there is always the possibility that an item you are viewing has already been sold. Although we update the web site frequently, this type of situation could occur at any time
